Collection of your Personal Data

We collect the following categories of Personal Data that you provide voluntarily to us when you submit an inquiry/contact form on our website or correspond with us by e-mail, in order to communicate with you and respond to your requests for customized information about our services.

As required by law, we may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or similar legal process by disclosing your Personal Data and other related information, if necessary; We also may use Personal Data and other related information to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

No part of our Website is designed to appeal to a user aged 13 or under. The website is not intended for minors under the age of 18. PCM does not knowingly or specifically collect information about minors under the age of 18 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent before providing any Personal Data.
